Asahi America 14-C-PVC-PTFE-3/4-150psi Diaphragm

Asahi/America 14-C-PVC-PTFE-3/4-150psi Diaphragm is a PTFE-wetted replacement diaphragm designed for Type-14 flanged diaphragm valves with PVC bodies, sized 3/4". It uses a three-layer EPDM/PVDF/PTFE construction, with a PVDF gas barrier between the EPDM backing cushion and the PTFE wetted layer to resist aggressive chemicals and protect bonnet internals. This diaphragm configuration is compatible with PVC, CPVC, PP and PVDF valve bodies and is rated to 150 psi at 70°F for elastomeric and PTFE diaphragms. The Type-14 family covers sizes from 1/2" to 4", and this 3/4" PTFE diaphragm variant is intended for low-to-moderate pressure service in chemical processing, water treatment, and other process piping where chemical compatibility and cleanability are critical.
