Asahi America AP79PSNST Pneumatic Actuator With Duo-Bloc Valve

The Asahi/America AP79PSNST Pneumatic Actuator with Duo-Bloc Valve is a compact 3/4-inch NPT, air-to-spring actuator from the Series 79P family designed to drive quarter-turn valves with a packaged Duo-Bloc valve for quick installation. In the AP79PS configuration, it operates as Air Open / Spring Close (spring-return) and requires 80–120 psi to position the valve, with the spring returning it to the closed position when pressure is released. End-position-adjustable travel stops enable field tuning of valve travel without removing the actuator. The aluminum housing is protected by cataphoresis and a Rilsan coating for chemical resistance in corrosive media, and the unit is rated to about 176°F (80°C). The Duo-Bloc valve packaging provides a ready-to-install actuation solution for 3/4" ball or butterfly valves in chemical processing, mining, water treatment, and other demanding process environments where reliable, fail-safe operation matters.
