Asahi UCX12-39 Relay

The UCX12-39 is a precision bearing insert from AMI/Asahi designed for UCX-mounted housings, featuring a 2-7/16" bore (2.4375" / 62 mm) and an outer diameter of 4.7244" (120 mm). It uses a wide inner ring on a cylindrical bore with a 120° set-screw locking and is protected by a contact seal plus a slinger, with prelubricated and relubricatable lubrication accessible through a 3/8-24 grease fitting; the bearing core is made from AISI 52100 steel with a steel retainer. The UCX12-39 delivers a dynamic load rating of 12,900 lbf and a static load rating of 9,000 lbf and operates in a temperature range from -30°C to 110°C; it weighs about 4.34 lb and is interchangeable with AMI UCX12-39 components. For flange-mounted installations, AMI offers the UCFX12-39 four-bolt flange variant that accepts the UCX12-39 insert, with the flange assembly weighing around 15.6 lb, reflecting the added mounting hardware.
