ASCO 8040H8 is a heavy-duty 2-way, normally closed gas shutoff valve with 3/8" NPT ports, designed for fuel-gas service in industrial burner applications. It operates on a 120V AC coil and has a Cv of 1.2, capable of handling up to 64,400 BTU/h at typical operating conditions within a 0–15 psi inlet pressure range. The valve features an aluminum body and NBR seals, making it suitable for controlling gas flow in burners, boilers, and other fuel-gas equipment.
