ASCO 8210G7 2 Way Direct Acting Solenoid Valve

ASCO 8210G7 is a 2‑way, normally closed pilot‑operated solenoid valve built for general service in HVACR and industrial piping. It features a brass body with Buna‑N seals and 1/2" NPT ports, delivering a Cv of 4 for liquids and enabling reliable shut‑off in compact installations. The coil is rated for 110–120 VAC, energizing to open the flow path, with an operating pressure range of 5 to 300 psi (WOG equivalent). As a pilot‑operated design, it uses the system pressure to assist opening, providing higher flow at elevated pressures than true direct‑acting valves of the same size. Maximum media temperature is commonly up to 180°F (82°C) for water‑based service, making it suitable for clean water, air, and light oil applications.
