ASCO Red Hat 8222G049 is a 2-way, 2-position normally closed solenoid valve designed for hot water and steam lines, with a brass body and PTFE seals in a 3/4" NPT connection. The coil is compatible with 120 VAC at 60 Hz or 110 VAC at 50 Hz and consumes about 10.1 watts. An orifice of 13 mm supports a flow rate of roughly 3.94 m3/h, with a maximum operating differential of 0.3 bar and a fluid temperature rating up to 353°F (177°C). Replacement coil part 238810-032-D and rebuild kit 304032 are available, and the valve carries the manufacturer order code 21043 for reference.
