ASCO 8262D46 is a 1/4 in. NPT, 120 V AC solenoid valve in ASCO's 8262 General Service family. This brass-bodied, 2-way normally closed valve provides on/off control of clean fluids such as compressed air, inert gas, water, or light oil (up to about 300 SSU) and is suitable for automation lines and process control where tight shutoff is required. The 120 VAC coil operates the direct-acting mechanism to open or close the flow, and porting is 1/4" NPT. The maximum fluid temperature for AC operation is up to 180°F (82°C).
