ASCO 8290A393 is a stainless‑steel, pressure‑operated angle‑body piston valve from ASCO’s Series 290, engineered for tight shutoff and dependable piloted control in 1/2 in line sizes. This 2/2 normally closed (NC) valve uses 1/2 in NPTF ports with entry under the disc for compact installation, and it features a 50 mm valve head diameter in a rugged stainless steel body designed for demanding industrial service. The main valve is pilot‑operated; a solenoid pilot actuates the piston to switch flow, typically with a pilot pressure range of 4–10 bar (60–150 psi).
