ASCO V0121 High-Flow Compact Check Valve 1 Quarter Inch NPT 9 32 Orifice

ASCO V0121 High-Flow Compact Check Valve is a brass-bodied inline check valve designed to prevent backflow in small-diameter piping while preserving high flow. It uses a 1/4 in NPT port size and a 9/32 in (7 mm) orifice, with a nominal Cv around 0.70, enabling reliable flow in air, inert gas, water, and light oil lines. It is rated for a maximum operating pressure differential of 150 psi, with a maximum differential rating of 150 psi at temperatures up to 200°F for the V012 family. The ambient operating temperature range is 32°F to 125°F (0°C to 52°C). The high-flow, compact V012 design makes it well suited for pneumatic circuits and small liquid lines where backflow protection is needed without a large pressure drop. The V012001 variant uses a brass body with an NBR disc seal for reliable shutoff and compatibility with the listed fluids. This valve is part of ASCO's compact, high-flow V012 series, which includes multiple port sizes but shares the 9/32" orifice and 150 psi differential rating for small 1/4" configurations.
