ASCO V0431 Solenoid Valve 2 Way 2 Position Industrial Grade

ASCO V0431 is a two-way, two-position solenoid valve for on/off control of fuel gas in commercial and industrial burners. It is normally closed and uses a diaphragm-based, pilot-operated design with an aluminum body, and it’s part of ASCO’s 8043/Series 043 gas shut-off family, providing a single inlet and outlet in a compact configuration. Available coil voltages include 120 VAC at 60 Hz and 110 VAC at 50 Hz variants. The valve supports a gas-pressure range from 0 to 20 psi, suitable for low-pressure gas lines feeding boilers, furnaces, and other gas-fired equipment. The enclosure is rated for indoor installations (NEMA 1 on applicable configurations). Energizing the coil shifts the valve to permit gas flow or to cut off supply, isolating the fuel gas. Typical installations include fuel-gas supply to burners in commercial kitchens, heating systems, and industrial process equipment where reliable gas shut-off is essential.
