Ashcroft 1106S Pulsation Dampener is a 1/2-inch NPT pulsation dampener designed to shield pressure-sensing instruments from sudden pressure spikes and pulsations, ensuring stable readings and longer service life. It threads onto an instrument socket and provides field-adjustable damping by selecting one of five pinhole sizes, allowing you to tailor attenuation to your system’s pulsation level. The 1106S variant features a stainless-steel housing (S code) with a 303 stainless steel body and 316L stainless internals, and it accepts a 1/2" NPT process connection with a matching 1/2" NPT female instrument connection for a compact, leak-tight installation. Rated for up to 5000 psi, it suits demanding process-service in oil and gas, refineries, chemical and petrochemical, power generation, and water/wastewater industries, including Biogas and Biodiesel applications.
