Ashcroft 1009SW Duralife® 2-1/2" stainless steel case pressure gauge delivers precise, industrial-grade low-pressure monitoring with a 0–15 psi range and a 2.5-inch dial. The unit uses a 1/4" NPT lower process connection and a rugged stainless steel case designed for harsh environments, making it suitable for pumps, compressors, boilers, hydraulics, and equipment skids in demanding settings. The 1009SW line employs a PowerFlex™ movement for improved resistance to shock and pulsation, and features a ventable plug that can be sealed or vented along with a through-dial recalibration option for quick field adjustments. Optional dampening via PLUS!™ Performance and fill choices—glycerin, silicone, or halocarbon—allow tailoring of response and vibration handling, while the dry configuration maintains ±1% of span accuracy (vs. ±1.5% when liquid-filled). Typical applications include pumps and compressors, boilers, equipment skids, hydraulics and pneumatics, and ammonia or refrigeration systems where compact, reliable pressure readouts are essential.
