Ashcroft 25-1009-SW-01L-V 24BR is a 2.5-inch, all-welded stainless-steel Duralife pressure gauge from Ashcroft’s 1009 series, built for harsh industrial environments where accuracy, durability, and long service life matter. It uses the PowerFlex movement to resist shock, vibration, and pulsation, with True Zero indication to reduce reading errors, and it can be configured as a dry gauge or liquid-filled (glycerin, silicone, or halocarbon) with a ventable fill plug for field service. The Duralife variants are available in a wide range of process connections, including common 1/4-inch MNPT lower ports on 2.5-inch dial gauges and multiple mounting options; typical accuracies are ±1% of span in dry operation (ASME B40.100 Grade 1A) and ±1.5% when liquid-filled. Wetted parts are 316L stainless steel in NSF-61 compliant configurations, and optional PLUS! dampening can further reduce reading fluctuations in high-vibration systems. Applications span pumps and compressors, boilers, equipment skids, hydraulics and pneumatics, and severe ambient or ammonia/refrigeration environments where precise pressure monitoring is essential.
