Ashcroft 7900030RCS Pressure Sensor

Ashcroft GC35 500 psi pressure transducer, model 7900030RCS, is a compact indicating sensor that delivers a 4–20 mA analog output with optional switch channels for direct pressure monitoring in tight installations. The GC35 family uses a field-proven thin-film sensor and covers ranges from 50 psi up to 7,500 psi, with the 500 psi variant optimized for reliable process and OEM applications; the analog output can be scaled from -100% to +150% of full scale. It features a 1/4 NPT male pressure connection and a lower/back connection option (ordering code dependent) and is wired through an M12 4-pin connector with a 16–36 Vdc supply for the analog version (11–36 Vdc for switch variants). Depending on the range, the enclosure is IP65 (ranges up to 150 psi) or IP67 (ranges 300 psi and above), providing solid protection against dust and immersion in challenging environments. The GC35 offers an accuracy of ±1.0% of span and a programmable response time from 30 ms to 10 s, with optional features such as a 9-point traceable calibration certificate and configurable switch outputs (NPN or PNP open-collector, up to 80 mA).
