Asutec ASM-60-DW-13-E Pneumatic Pallet Stop Assembly

The Asutec ASM-60-DW-13-E is a double-acting pneumatic pallet stop module with an 18 mm damping stroke and a 13 mm lowering travel, designed to control pallet movement in automated lines. It supports workpiece carrier loads from 1 kg to 60 kg, uses M5 connections on the back and front, and lowers and raises under pneumatic pressure without a return spring. The -E variant adds position sensing via T-slot magnetic field sensors for upper and lowered positions, with standard operating temperature range -20°C to +80°C (heat-resistant -20°C to +180°C; -E: +5°C to +60°C). Typically used in fixtures, conveyors, and pick-and-place transfer stations to set pallets at a defined stop before processing.
