AT&T 3161-B3-010 DSU CSU External Communication

AT&T 3161-B3-010 DSU CSU External Communication is a Paradyne ACCULINK DSU/CSU model 3161-B3 that functions as a network interface device to connect a customer premises to a carrier digital data service via an external communication port. It is part of the ACCULINK DSU/CSU family that includes models 3160-A3, 3161-B3, 3164-A2, and 3165-A2. The unit provides an external port for attaching an external device (such as a modem or alarm interface) and supports alarm/trap messaging with configurable dial-out options, including alarm directories, call retry, and a dial-out delay. It also supports SNMP traps, with up to 10 trap messages queuable at the interface, and offers a device self-test at power-up.
