Athena Controls RMBD15-000 Temperature Controller

Athena RMBD15-000 Temperature Controller is a single-zone RMB modular hot-runner controller designed for precise temperature regulation in runnerless molding applications. It accepts J- or K-type thermocouple input and uses a 15 A triac output to modulate heater power from a 208–240 VAC supply (50/60 Hz). The unit covers a wide temperature range of 32–999°F (0–537°C) and weighs about 1.60 lb, making it suitable for integration with Athena RMB mainframes for one-zone control. Built for reliability, RMBD15-000 incorporates RMB’s auto-tuning with adjustable proportional band and rate, plus built-in diagnostics to help optimize response and minimize thermal fatigue in active molding environments. As part of Athena Controls’ RMB modular family, it is intended for runnerless plastics processing and pairs with Athena’s RMB mainframes to provide configurable, field-replaceable temperature control in a compact package.
