ATI Industrial Automation 9121-AN2-T Pneumatic Air Module

The ATI 9121-AN2-T Pneumatic Air Module is the tool-side portion of ATI’s AN2 robotic tool changer air plumbing, designed to pass air from the pneumatic master module to the tool plates in automated tooling. It includes six 3/8 NPT self-sealing ports (S1–S6) for air supply and two 1/2 NPT pass-through ports (P1, P2) to route air onward, enabling multiple tool stations or accessories. The module is rated for up to 100 psi (6.9 bar) maximum operating pressure, with Cv ratings of 1.6 for the 3/8" ports and 4.0 for the 1/2" ports, indicating its airflow capacity across the different port types. Self-sealing ports do not support vacuum service, and this AN2-T is paired with the AN2-M Master module as part of ATI's AN2 pneumatic family for reliable air delivery to tool changers in automated manufacturing cells.
