ATI Industrial Automation 9121-G2E-CUCM-0-0-0-0-SG1 is the Master half of ATI’s large compliant utility coupler family, designed to feed air and other utilities to a tool during changeover in automated systems. The unit provides four integrated 3/4" NPT ports and four ledge-mounting flats to attach ATI standard utility modules, enabling a compact, configurable interface between robot or machine and tooling. Hardened stainless-steel alignment pins ensure precise mating, while the master-to-tool engagement offers compliant alignment to accommodate tool misalignment and maintain flush connections. The SG1 variant includes integrated PNP sensors to detect tool presence, and the model is positioned as a Compliant Utility Coupler Master within ATI’s G2E family for use with compatible tool halves and modular add-ons in automated production environments.
