ATI Industrial Automation AM2T Air Module

The ATI AM2T Air Module is the tool-side air utility module for ATI's AM2 robotic tool changer family, delivering air from the Master to the Tool plates so end-of-arm tooling can operate when the changer is coupled. It provides (2) G 1/2 (BSPP) ports and (2) self-sealing ports on the tool side, supports up to 100 psi (6.9 bar), and uses an anodized aluminum housing with stainless steel valve components and nitrile seals for durability in industrial environments. With a Cv rating of 1.6, the tool module weighs about 0.85 lb (0.39 kg) and operates over a temperature range of -20 °F to 150 °F (-28.9 °C to 65.6 °C); it is not intended for vacuum service. The AM2T is designed to pair with the AM2-M Master module and is commonly mounted on ATI QC tool changer flats to supply compressed air to the attached tooling, making it suitable for pneumatic grippers, blow-off, and other air-powered end-effectors. The tool-side variant is identified as 9121-AM2-T, corresponding to the standard AM2 air module, with the Master-side counterpart listed as 9121-AM2-M.
