R19M Electrical Pass-Through is ATI Industrial Automation’s master electrical module for the R19 family of robotic tool changers. It provides the primary electrical conduit between the robot controller and the tool changer, carrying power and control signals through the changer to attached tooling without a separate interconnect harness. In ATI’s R19 system, the master module is designed to mate with the corresponding tool-side electrical module (R19T); the typical paired configuration is 9120-R19-M-2322 (master) and 9120-R19-T-2323 (tool side), both centered on a 19-pin interface. The tool-side module is specified as 19-pin with a 5 Amp/250 VAC rating, a common footprint for ATI end-effectors and sensors that require reliable pass-through during automatic tool changes. The R19M is intended for use within ATI Quick-Change tool changer assemblies, and works with ATI’s standard cables and adapters to connect to robot I/O and to tool electronics.
