ATOS HZGO-A-031/100 is a sandwich-style proportional pressure reducing valve in the ATOS HZGO-A family. This spool-type valve provides proportional control of outlet pressure in hydraulic circuits and is driven by an off-board electrical driver, with no built-in transducer. It is designed for hydraulic oil (DIN 51524) and supports mounting in any orientation as a modular component in valve stacks. The -A execution is rated for ambient temperatures from -20°C to +60°C, while versions with -PE seals extend to -20°C to +80°C. The coil options include various voltage families; typical 12 V DC coils draw up to 2 A (variants such as /32 differ) and power levels range up to tens of watts depending on execution. The valve features IP65 protection for the -A execution and IP67 for -AE/AES executions. In sandwich configurations, it integrates with other hydraulic elements to form compact control modules. For the 031/100 variant, the valve is specified for a maximum regulated pressure of 100 bar. As with ATOS proportional valves, performance depends on the attached driver and circuit stiffness, since it operates without an integrated feedback transducer.
