ATS ATS ELECTRO-LUBE 475CC Industrial Lubricant

The Jumbo-Luber 475cc Electro-Lube single-point lubricator is a self-contained, gas-driven automatic lubricator designed to deliver precise grease to a single lubrication point in harsh industrial environments. With a 475 cc (about 16 oz) lubricant capacity, it mounts at the lubrication point and dispenses lubricant via nitrogen gas generated by an electro-chemical reactor cell, offering dependable flow up to approximately 50 psi. It accepts any lubricant, making it compatible with standard greases and specialized formulations, and is rated for operating temperatures from -40°C to +55°C with waterproofing to 10 m for use in challenging surroundings. The unit carries ATEX and UL certifications for hazardous zones, reflecting safety and reliability in mining, offshore, and other demanding settings. The Jumbo-Luber line is part of ATS Electro-Lube’s family of automated lubricators, available in four sizes—60cc, 125cc, 250cc and 475cc—and measuring about 6.75 inches tall and 4.75 inches in diameter. Its design emphasizes a very low recall rate (less than 0.001%), a single-use, disposable form factor, and the ability to be filled with any lubricant, enabling maintenance-free lubrication for bearings, gearboxes, conveyors and other single-point applications across industrial equipment.
