Automation Direct D2-08TD1 Programmable Logic Controller

D2-08TD1 is an 8-point DirectLOGIC DL205 discrete DC output module for AutomationDirect PLC systems, delivering sinking outputs (NPN open-collector) in the 12–24 VDC range with up to 0.3 A per point (2.4 A total per module) and a single common terminal. It uses a 10.2–26.4 VDC operating voltage range, 40 V peak voltage, and an ON voltage drop up to 1.5 V, with a minimum load of 0.5 mA and a maximum leakage of 0.1 mA at 40 VDC. Each module includes a removable terminal block (D2-8IOCON) and a 5 A fast-blow fuse per common (non-replaceable), weighing about 2.3 oz (65 g). Performance is fast, with 1 ms OFF-to-ON and 1 ms ON-to-OFF response, making it suitable for compact DL205 systems needing eight digital outputs.
