The Automation Direct D2-16TD2-2 is a 16-point DirectLOGIC DL205 discrete output module designed for 12–24 VDC control systems and intended for use with Automation Direct DL205 PLCs. It provides current-sourcing DC outputs across two isolated commons (8 points per common) with a rated 0.1 A per point (1.6 A per module total) and arrives with a removable terminal block for straightforward wiring. The module operates from a nominal 12–24 VDC supply (10.2–26.4 VDC operating range) and features a low output drop (about 1.0 V) with fast switching (OFF-to-ON and ON-to-OFF around 0.5 ms), suitable for rapid digital control in compact PLC applications.
