Automation Direct F2-08TRS Relay Output Module

Automation Direct F2-08TRS Relay Output Module is an 8-point relay output module designed for DirectLogic DL205 PLCs. It provides eight isolated outputs—five Form A (SPST normally open) relays and three Form C (SPDT) relays—with eight isolated common terminals to help prevent channel interference. Each output can handle up to 7 A per point for resistive loads, with a peak rating of 150 VDC / 265 VAC and a minimum load current of 10 mA at 12 VDC. Operating voltage per channel is 12–28 VDC for DC applications and 12–250 VAC for AC loads, enabling flexible control of a mix of actuators. The module supports up to 12 A peak inrush current and offers typical switching times of 15 ms from ON to OFF and 5 ms from OFF to ON. Base power consumption is 670 mA at 5 VDC, and the included removable terminal block is D2-16IOCON. Weighing about 5.5 oz, the F2-08TRS is intended for use with Automation Direct's DirectLogic DL205 controllers, providing reliable eight-channel relay switching for tasks such as lighting, valve actuation, and solenoid control within a compact DL205 I/O rack.
