Automation Direct P3-16NA Industrial Relay Module

The Automation Direct P3-16NA is a 16‑point AC input module for Productivity3000 PLC systems. It accepts 100–240 VAC input signals (47–63 Hz) and organizes the 16 inputs into four isolated commons (four inputs per common). A 20‑position removable terminal block is required for field connections but is not included with the module. Each input presents about 15 kΩ impedance at 50 Hz (12 kΩ at 60 Hz) and draws a typical input current of 8.5 mA at 100 VAC (50 Hz), 10 mA at 100 VAC (60 Hz), 17 mA at 240 VAC (50 Hz), or 20 mA at 240 VAC (60 Hz); the maximum input current can reach 26 mA at 60 °C (288 VAC). The ON threshold is >70 VAC and OFF is <20 VAC, with fast response times (ON < 10 ms, OFF < 25 ms). This module expands Productivity3000’s input capacity, letting you read multiple AC sensors and switches directly into the PLC without external signal conditioning.
