Automation Direct P3-16TD2 Discrete Sourcing Output Module

The Automation Direct P3-16TD2 is a 16-point discrete sourcing output module for the Productivity3000 PLC system, designed to expand DC control capability by delivering individual 0.5 A sourcing outputs across a 6–24 VDC range. Each of the 16 outputs can source up to 0.5 A, with a common bus rated for 4 A per common (eight points per common) and two isolated commons to distribute loads while keeping channels electrically separate. The module supports a nominal 6–24 VDC output (operating range 6.25–24 VDC; UL tolerance 6–27 VDC) and switches with ON-to-OFF and OFF-to-ON response times of ≤ 2 ms and ≤ 1 ms respectively; leakage is limited to 0.3 mA at 30 VDC and the output drop is about 0.2 V at 0.5 A, with up to 2 A inrush for 10 ms.
