The SE2-SW5UG-T from AutomationDirect is a 5-port industrial unmanaged Ethernet switch with five Gigabit RJ-45 ports, designed for DIN-rail mounting in harsh automation environments. Housed in a rugged metal IP30 enclosure, it’s rated for -40 to +85 °C and 5–95% RH (non-condensing), making it suitable for factory floors and control panels. The switch operates in store-and-forward mode with non-blocking, wire-speed switching and a packet forwarding rate of 7.4 Mpps, delivering latency under 10 µs. Its MAC address table supports up to 8K addresses, enabling straightforward multi-device networking on compact industrial networks.
