Automation Direct ZL-CM20 20 Pole Connector Module

Automation Direct's ZL-CM20 ZipLink Connector Module is a 20-pole interface that provides a dedicated 20-position terminal block for wiring field signals to ZIPLink I/O modules in Automation Direct PLC systems. The module accommodates 22–14 AWG conductors (0.2–25 mm2) with a strip length of 0.32" (8 mm) and uses copper alloy terminal contacts with tin-lead plating for reliable connections. Each circuit is rated up to 2 A, with a total module capacity of 12 A, making it suitable for distributing multiple signals across a compact 20-point header. Electrical ratings include a per-terminal voltage rating of 0–132 VAC/DC, an operating voltage of 0–120 VAC/DC, and a maximum voltage of 600 V peak. The ZL-CM20 carries UL/CUL/CE approvals and is labeled with marking labels to clearly identify terminal assignments.
