APG Automation Products Group 35C-CK Cognex In-Sight Harsh Environment Enclosure Kit is a rugged, 7.5-inch barrel housing designed to protect Cognex In-Sight vision systems in corrosive or washdown environments. The 35C Series uses anodized aluminum with a 304 stainless steel foot, featuring a glass viewing viewport and an integrated air kit, plus back PG36 cable glands to enable a water-tight seal around one or more cables without disassembly. With a standard IP65 rating (with the standard faceplate), the enclosure is built to resist dust ingress and high-pressure water jets, making it suitable for demanding industrial settings. It supports three-axis mounting—pan and tilt with roll-axis adjustment—so you can aim and align the camera precisely even after installation, and the stainless steel mount provides reliable pan-and-tilt capability. The 35C-CK kit is designed to house Cognex In-Sight hardware and accommodates lenses up to about 58 mm, covering a broad range of camera configurations. An included universal arm simplifies mounting and servicing, enabling straightforward installation and field adjustments while maintaining robust protection.
