AutomationDirect AE6-AN-4A is an 8 mm diameter tubular inductive proximity sensor with a 4 mm sensing distance and extended sensing capability. It operates from 10–30 VDC and provides a three-wire, NPN normally open (NO) output for straightforward integration with DC control circuits. The nickel-plated brass housing measures 35.5 mm in length, is IP67 rated, and ships with a 2 m (6.5 ft) pigtail cable (26 AWG) for easy wiring. Designed for non-contact detection of metal targets, it withstands harsh environments from -25°C to 70°C.
