AutomationDirect D2-32ND3 Digital Input Module

The AutomationDirect D2-32ND3 is a 32‑point DC input module for the DirectLogic DL205 PLC family, delivering 24VDC digital inputs that can be wired as sink or source. It uses four isolated commons (eight I/O points per common) to simplify wiring of mixed sensors while preserving isolation between groups. Key specs include a 20–28 VDC input range (with a 30VDC peak), an ON‑level of 19VDC minimum and an OFF‑level of 7VDC maximum, 4.8 kΩ input impedance, and 8.0 mA input current at 24V. Minimum ON current is 3.5 mA and maximum OFF current is 1.5 mA. The module requires a base power of 5VDC at 25 mA and features OFF‑to‑ON and ON‑to‑OFF response times of 3–9 ms.
