AutomationDirect EA1-S3ML is a 3-inch C-more Micro HMI touch panel designed to serve as an operator interface for AutomationDirect PLCs. It features a monochrome STN LCD with a 128 × 64 pixel resolution, an analog resistive touchscreen, and a LED backlight with five selectable colors. The panel provides a serial communications RJ12 port for connection to automation equipment and is specified for 5 VDC operation (4.75–5.25 V); power can be supplied through the serial port when used with AutomationDirect PLCs. The EA1-S3ML is part of the EA1 Micro Panels family and, as of May 2025, is retired with the EA3-S3ML listed as the recommended replacement.
