AutomationDirect's DURApulse GS3-21P0 is a 1 HP general purpose AC drive designed to speed-control small motors from a 230 VAC supply. This enclosed GS3-series drive accepts 200–240 VAC input from either single-phase or three-phase sources and delivers three-phase output suitable for a 1 HP motor, with V/Hz operation or sensorless vector control (SVC) for improved torque at low speeds. For networking, the GS3-21P0 provides RS-485 communication and Modbus compatibility, enabling integration with standard PLCs and HMIs, while the 5 kA SCCR rating supports typical factory wiring and safety requirements. The enclosure follows the GS3 A2 frame footprint, making it a compact option for control panels where space is at a premium. Common applications include light conveyors, pumps, and fans, as well as other small automation tasks where reliable, adjustable-speed control of a 1 HP motor is required.
