AutomationDirect P3-32TD1 Digital Output Module

AutomationDirect P3-32TD1 Productivity3000 discrete output module provides 32 sinking DC outputs for controlling coils, relays, and other DC loads from a Productivity3000 controller. It uses four isolated commons (8 points per common) and delivers up to 0.3 A per point (2.4 A per common) in a 6–27 VDC sinking configuration, with an operating voltage range of 6.25–24 VDC (-15% / +20%). A 40‑pin IDC header (Omron XG4A-4034) carries all outputs and 32 logic-side indicators monitor each channel. External 24 VDC power is required (24 VDC ±10% at 250 mA). ZIPLink connector modules and pre‑wired cables are required to connect the module to the Productivity3000 system, and no terminal block is sold with the P3-32TD1. Typical switching is fast, with ON‑to‑OFF times ≤ 0.3 ms and OFF‑to‑ON times ≤ 0.2 ms, while leakage is limited to about 0.3 mA per channel.
