AutomationDirect PNT-AP-3A is a tubular inductive proximity sensor with a 30 mm diameter and a 65 mm long bronze-plated brass housing, designed for robust metal-detection in demanding environments. It delivers a shielded, PNP normally open output and comes with a 2 m axial cable (pigtail) for straightforward wiring in standard DC control circuits. The sensing distance is 15 mm, enabling reliable non-contact detection of metal targets, while the sensor carries IP65, IP66, IP67, IP68, and IP69K protection ratings to withstand dust, water jets, and washdown conditions.
