Autonics BEN300-DFR Diffuse Reflective Photoelectric Sensor

Autonics BEN300-DFR is a compact 16 mm diffuse-reflective photoelectric sensor with a built‑in amplifier and a universal power input that accepts 24–240 VAC or 24–240 VDC. It delivers a single Form C relay (SPDT) output and supports both light-on and dark-on operation, making it adaptable to varying surface reflectivity and lighting conditions. The diffuse sensing distance reaches up to 300 mm on standard non-glossy targets (the conventional test target is a 100×100 mm non-glossy white sheet), and its rugged cylindrical housing is designed for tight spaces in automation fixtures. Common applications include conveyors, feeders, and packaging lines where reliable presence/absence detection is required without precise alignment to a separate emitter and receiver. The BEN300-DFR embodies Autonics’ compact, universal-voltage BEN series ethos, enabling straightforward integration into legacy or new automation setups.
