Autonics BR400-DDT-P is a cylindrical, 18 mm brass-bodied diffuse-reflective photoelectric sensor from the BR series that detects opaque and translucent targets at up to 400 mm. It operates on 12–24 V DC with a control current up to 45 mA and provides a PNP open-collector output for wiring to common PLCs. The sensor uses an 850 nm infrared emitter, supports Light-On and Dark-On operation, and is IP66-rated for rugged industrial environments. With a 2 m cable and compact form factor, it's well suited for mid-range sensing on conveyors, packaging lines, and other automated systems that require reliable diffuse-reflective detection.
