Description:

Autonics TAS-B4RJ4C is a compact analog, non-indicating PID temperature controller with a 48 × 48 mm DIN footprint designed for direct panel mounting. It accepts a J-type thermocouple input (IC isolation) and provides a SPDT relay output rated for 250 VAC and up to 3 A, making it suitable for heating or cooling control in compact equipment. Powered from 100–240 VAC at 50/60 Hz, it operates without a built-in display; setpoints are configured via DIP switches across a 0–400 °C range, with a 100 ms sampling cycle and an accuracy of FS ±2% at 23 °C ± 5 °C. The TAS-B4RJ4C combines ON/OFF control with PID action to deliver precise regulation in limited space. It features double insulation or reinforced insulation with 2 kV dielectric strength between the measurement input and power circuits. Ambient operating conditions are -10 to 50 °C and 35–85% RH (non-condensing); storage is -20 to 60 °C with the same humidity limits. Weight is approximately 107 g. A socket base is available separately (PG-08, PS-08(N)) for easy installation or replacement in panel applications. This model is well-suited to 0–400 °C temperature control tasks in industrial or laboratory settings where a J-type thermocouple input, a relay output, and a compact DIN-footprint are advantageous.
