Autonics TC4S-14R Digital Temperature Controller

The AUTONICS TC4S-14R is a 1/16 DIN PID temperature controller designed for industrial automation, delivering precise temperature regulation with a 100 ms sampling cycle. Part of the TC4S series and rated for 100–240 VAC, 50/60 Hz, it uses a 4-digit 7-segment LED display on a 48 × 48 mm panel and fits a 45 × 45 mm cutout. For sensors, it accepts thermocouples types K, J, L and RTD Pt100 as well as Cu50Ω; it supports ON/OFF, P, PI, PD, and PID control methods and provides a Relay output rated 250 VAC at 3 A or an SSR drive 12 VDC ±2 V with a maximum 20 mA; it also has one alarm relay output. The device is specified with a maximum power draw of 5 VA and a display accuracy of ±0.5% FS ±1 digit. Operating from -10°C to +50°C (storage -20°C to +60°C) with 35–85% RH, it is commonly used in ovens, furnaces, packaging equipment, plastic molding machines, and process control systems, as well as heat treatment equipment, food processing machinery, semiconductor equipment, packaging machines, and lab systems where stable temperature control is critical. Certifications include CE, UL, and CSA, and the unit weighs approximately 94 g.
