Autonics TC4SP-14R is an economical single-display PID temperature controller in a 48 × 48 mm DIN package with a 4-digit LED readout. It supports ON/OFF, P, PI, PD, and PID control modes and accepts thermocouples K(CA), J(IC), L(IC) or RTD sensors Pt100Ω and Cu50Ω. The controller samples inputs every 100 ms and provides a relay output (250 VAC, up to 3 A) or an SSR drive (12 VDC) for control; it operates from 100–240 VAC at 50/60 Hz and has a power consumption of 50 VA. This combination of compact form factor, flexible sensor input, and selectable outputs makes it suitable for precise temperature regulation in heating or cooling processes where a compact, reliable PID controller is required.
