Autonics TCN4L-24R Digital Temperature Controller

Autonics TCN4L-24R is a compact, dual-display PID temperature controller designed for precise process temperature control in industrial equipment. Sized for a 1/4‑DIN panel, it features a 4‑digit LED display that presents both the process value and the setpoint for quick monitoring. The unit operates from 100–240 VAC at 50/60 Hz and accepts multiple sensor inputs, including thermocouples K, J, T, R, S, L and RTDs Pt100Ω, Cu50Ω. It offers ON/OFF, P, PI, PD, and PID control modes with a 100 ms sampling cycle to ensure responsive regulation. The output options include a relay rated for 250 VAC up to 3 A, or a 12 VDC SSR drive for solid-state switching, enabling versatile control of heating or cooling elements. Typical applications span ovens, heat-treatment furnaces, plastic extrusion, drying equipment, and other general industrial temperature-control tasks where reliable, straightforward monitoring and regulation are required.
