Avago Technologies HSMC-C170 Light Emitting Diode

Avago Technologies HSMC-C170 is a red, diffused SMD ChipLED in the compact 0805 (2012 metric) package, measuring 2.0 mm long by 1.25 mm wide and up to 0.8 mm tall. It emits a 626 nm red light with a typical luminous intensity of 90 mcd when driven at 20 mA (test current) and has a forward voltage around 1.9 V. The diffused lens provides a broad 170-degree viewing angle, making the LED easy to see from multiple directions on a PCB. Rated for -40 to +85 °C, this device is built for reliable operation in standard electronic environments.
