Avago Technologies HSMC-C170 is a red, diffused SMD LED in an 0805 (2012 metric) package designed for surface-mount indicator lighting on compact boards. It emits at a dominant wavelength of 626 nm with a typical luminous intensity of 90 mcd at 20 mA and a forward voltage around 1.9 V; the lens is diffused for broad, uniform emission with a 170° viewing angle. The package measures 2.0 mm long x 1.25 mm wide x 0.8 mm tall and is commonly supplied in reel packaging for SMT assembly, with an operating temperature range from -40 to +85 C.
