AVENTICS R412010417 Distance Measuring Sensor is a Series SM6 distance sensor that provides piston-position feedback in pneumatic cylinders with a maximum measuring range of 256 mm and an overall length of 269 mm. It features a 6 mm mounting groove, a cable-connected body with a plug (M8x1, 4-pin), and a rugged Polyamide (glass‑reinforced) housing with a Polyurethane cable sheath. The unit includes an LED indicator, a Teach button to set zero and scale, and a threaded M3x11 mounting pin, with cable color coding typical of the family (BN/Brown, WH/White, BU/Blue). It is designed for direct mounting in cylinder slots and supports direct mounting for PRA, PRE, CCI, KPZ, SSI, GPC, and CVI series components.
