Avery Dennison 20178-0 Directional Slot Black 6" cable tie is designed for securing harnesses or wiring through punched oval/rectangle holes, compatible with minimum slot sizes of 7 x 12 mm and an overall length of 6.80" (172.7 mm). The strap measures 0.190" wide (4.83 mm) and 0.051" thick (1.30 mm), with a maximum panel thickness of 0.6–3.0 mm and a bundle diameter range of 0.06–1.50" (1.6–38.1 mm). Its arrow-style directional-slot design attaches to the long sides of slotted holes, enabling left-to-right adjustment for better harness alignment during installation. Constructed from nylon 6/6 heat-stabilized resin (PA66 HS) in black, this tie offers a maximum insertion force of 12 lbf, a minimum retention force of 30 lbf, and a minimum loop tensile strength of 50 lbf; each bag contains 500 pieces. The operating temperature range is -40 to 115°C (-40 to 239°F).
