Avtron C12389 Converter, also known as the K660A Converter Module (Part No. K660AC12389), is a precision frequency‑to‑analog converter designed for use in control, display, and data logging applications. It accepts a single‑phase reluctance input or a bidirectional two‑phase input with support for direction signaling, using Avtron pulse generators including K670, K460, K510, T535, M627, M627A, MG2S, M628A, M460, and K740, with four selectable input ranges: 0–20,000 Hz, 0–10,000 Hz, 0–5,000 Hz, and 0–2,500 Hz. In Voltage Output Mode, it employs an offset of 2.5–12.5 V to achieve the full output span (measured across terminals 17 (+) and 16 (−)); in Current Output Mode, the corresponding offset is 4–16 mA. The converter is bidirectional and intended for precision control, display, and data logging of process variables such as speed, frequency, flow, pressure, and temperature, translating these inputs into stable analog outputs for monitoring and control.
