Azbil Corporation BC-R05A100 Burner Controller Base

The Azbil BC-R05A100 is a dedicated sub-base for Azbil’s BC-R flame-safeguard burner controllers, providing a compact mounting platform and front-wiring interface for the BC-R main unit. Sold separately, this base is compatible with BC-R10-series controllers and with BC-R15, BC-R25, and BC-R35 models, enabling streamlined installations in space-constrained burner installations. Wiring is routed through front wiring connectors 81447514-001 and 81447514-002, with support for 0.2–1.5 mm2 (AWG 28–14) conductors using Weidmueller BL3.5/11F or 11/270F terminals; the sub-base can accommodate two side boards (81447515-001) and is designed for mounting alongside the main BC-R unit using a DIN rail clamp and mounting screws. A jack cover (81447519-001) and front connector cover (81447531-001), packaged with the controller, provide enclosure protection when installed. This sub-base arrangement is commonly used in conjunction with Azbil’s flame-safeguard system on gas-fired burners, and supports configurations that pair the BC-R series with controllers such as AUR890 for integrated pre-purge, flame detection, and interlock signaling.
