Azbil SDC15 Single Loop Controller

Azbil's SDC15 is a compact 1/8‑DIN digital single‑loop controller (48 × 48 mm) that delivers precise process control using the Ra‑PID (RationalLOOP PID) and Just‑FiTTER algorithms. It accepts a multi‑range input set including thermocouples (K, J, E, T, R, S, B, N; WRe5-26; DIN U; DIN L), RTD Pt100/JPt100, and linear signals (1–5 V, 0–5 V, 0–1 V; 0–10 V, 0–20 mA, 4–20 mA), with up to two control outputs available depending on model. Outputs can be configured as a relay, a voltage pulse drive for SSRs, or a current output, and the unit can be panel‑mounted or socket‑mounted, with compatibility for Azbil’s Smart Loader Package to simplify setup and monitoring. Select versions also include RS‑485 communications for networked control, and AC models operate from 100 to 240 VAC with CE marking where applicable.
